In order for us to be able to effectively counsel you, we need to take an in-depth look at your eating habits. For this to be effective, we need you to keep a food log during the course of a week. Once you are finished, a software program will help us evaluate the results.

Depending on your goals (e.g. "I want to lose weight", or "I would like to increase my muscle mass") we establish a plan of action for you. We can create a special diet that is part and parcel of the action plan. This means that you receive from us a specific dietary plan that details which foods, what quantities and at what times (or which meals) you should eat. It goes without saying that we do our best to ensure that your favorite foods are not totally eliminated.
